Contract Administration
Quality Assurance
Whilst we endeavour to ensure your project goes smoothly, there are sometimes occasions where things crop up that don’t quite go to plan. Contract Administration is how we keep you safe. We will run the contracts between you and your builder, so all parties have their expectations managed from the outset and the finish should be stunning.
Quality assurance is the lighter version of Contract Administration. We’ll come over to check the quality of the build throughout your project, to ensure you get the finished result you want.
3D Modelling

Sometimes it’s difficult to imagine your project from simple plans and elevations.
3D modelling helps you see your project come to life. It’s also a great tool to use before you fully commit to a Planning Application or garden design. We can offer 3D modelling for almost any project as well as rendering to make it look as close to the real life finished project as we can.
